1. Submit Your Enquiry
Use the project enquiry form to share your name, phone number and email address. Add your budget and preferred home type. State whether you are buying for your own use or planning a later move.
This first step lets the team share the right information. It should not be confused with choosing and paying for a flat.
2. Review the Project and EOI Terms
Ask for the project brief, EOI form and current launch details. Check that each document names Prestige Falcon City Reserve and the correct promoter.
Review the payment and refund clauses before signing. If priority access is offered, the form should explain how it works and what happens when your preferred unit is unavailable.
3. Check Registration Before Paid Booking
Match the project and phase with the Karnataka RERA record before proceeding with a paid booking. A registration for an earlier Falcon City phase does not establish registration for the Reserve.
RERA generally requires a project of this scale to be registered before it is marketed or offered for booking. Calling a payment an EOI does not remove the need to check the applicable rules.
4. Keep the Form and Payment Record
If payment is collected under valid project terms, use the payee details given in the official documents. Keep the signed form, bank reference and receipt together.
The receipt should show the payer’s name, amount, date and purpose. Avoid sending money to a personal account based only on a call or message.
5. Choose the Flat and Review the Cost Sheet
At the booking stage, check the unit number, tower, floor and carpet area. Review the full cost sheet before accepting the home.
The cost sheet should separate the base value from taxes and other charges. It should also show how any EOI payment is adjusted against the amount due.
