It now has projects and operations across 13 cities and several property types. The completed portfolio has reached 216 million sq. ft., while another 229 million sq. ft. is either under development or planned. This shows that a large part of Prestige's growth is still in progress rather than being limited to projects already delivered.

Prestige divides its project base into completed, ongoing and upcoming developments. The company has delivered 319 projects, while 67 projects are currently under development and 70 are in the future pipeline. The ongoing portfolio alone covers 144 million sq. ft. The upcoming portfolio adds another 85 million sq. ft., taking the combined active and future area to 229 million sq. ft.

The ongoing and upcoming area together is slightly larger than the 216 million sq. ft. Prestige has already completed. This gives a clear view of the size of its present construction pipeline.

Residential development forms the largest part of the Prestige portfolio shown in the report. The company has completed 165 residential projects covering 145 million sq. ft. Another 48 residential projects covering 117 million sq. ft. are ongoing, while 35 upcoming projects cover 53 million sq. ft.

The residential business includes apartments, villas, integrated townships and plotted developments. Prestige also uses large formats such as The Prestige City and Prestige Golfshire for some developments. This wide residential base gives the company projects at different price points, sizes and stages of construction.

The Falcon City Reserve forms part of Prestige's upcoming residential portfolio in Bengaluru. The company lists the project with 4.38 million sq. ft. of planned developable area. It was earlier called Prestige Falcon City Luxe. Prestige has a 76% economic interest, with a 3.33 million sq. ft. share.

The project is not part of Prestige's 48 ongoing residential projects. It belongs to the next stage of the company's residential growth and adds to the 53 million sq. ft. upcoming residential pipeline.
