Prestige Group Top Sales Contributors Q1 FY27

The Q1 FY27 investor report names five projects or project clusters as the top sales contributors.

Prestige Golden Grove was far ahead of the other four contributors. Its Q1 FY27 sales were almost four times the sales reported for Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park.

Prestige Golden Grove was the No. 1 sales contributor for Prestige Group in Q1 FY27. The Hyderabad project generated ₹29,913 million in sales during the quarter. This equals about ₹2,991.3 crore.

The project was also one of the major launches during Q1 FY27. Prestige lists Golden Grove as a Hyderabad residential project with 14.30 million sq. ft. of developable area.

Prestige also gives Golden Grove a GDV of ₹95,012 million, or about ₹9,501.2 crore, in its launch pipeline.

Based on total company sales of ₹65,793 million, Golden Grove alone contributed about 45.5% of Prestige Group's Q1 FY27 sales.

Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park ranked second, with Q1 FY27 sales of ₹7,478 million, or about ₹747.8 crore.

The investor presentation also lists Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park in Prestige's residential portfolio. It has 4.76 million sq. ft. of developable area, with a 100% Prestige economic interest. The report lists its completion year as FY31.

Its Q1 sales contribution was about 11.4% of Prestige Group's total sales based on the figures reported for the quarter.

TPC Indirapuram ranked third among Prestige Group's top sales contributors. It generated ₹4,410 million, or ₹441 crore, in Q1 FY27 sales.

The report uses the name TPC Indirapuram in the sales-contributor chart. It does not divide the ₹4,410 million figure between individual projects on that chart.

Elsewhere in the presentation, Prestige lists residential projects at TPC Indirapuram such as Mulberry, Oakwood and Mayflower. The portfolio table shows a combined developable area of 11.58 million sq. ft. for these three projects.

TPC Mulund was the fourth-largest sales contributor, with sales of ₹4,175 million, or about ₹417.5 crore.

Prestige has several residential projects at TPC Mulund. The investor report lists projects such as Bellanza, Prestige Forest Hills, Prestige Garden Trails and Prestige Nautilus in the Mulund portfolio.

The sales chart, however, gives one combined figure under the label TPC Mulund. It does not show how much each project contributed to the ₹4,175 million total.

Prestige Gardenia Estates Phase II ranked fifth, with ₹3,270 million in Q1 FY27 sales, equal to about ₹327 crore.

The Bengaluru plotted project was launched during Q1 FY27. Prestige reports 0.48 million sq. ft. of developable area for the project.

The GDV table places Gardenia Estates Phase II in the Plots segment and gives it an estimated GDV of ₹4,894 million, or about ₹489.4 crore.

Prestige Group recorded ₹65,793 million in total sales during Q1 FY27. Hyderabad was the largest market, with sales of ₹32,431 million. Bengaluru followed at ₹17,953 million.

Hyderabad accounted for 49% of total sales, helped by the strong sales from Prestige Golden Grove. Bengaluru contributed 27%, while Mumbai contributed 12%.

The five leading contributors generated ₹49,246 million in combined sales. That equals about ₹4,924.6 crore.

The Falcon City Reserve is not listed among the top sales contributors for Q1 FY27. Prestige places the Bengaluru project under launches planned for the upcoming quarters. It was earlier called Prestige Falcon City Luxe.

The project has 4.38 million sq. ft. of planned developable area and an estimated GDV of ₹57,444 million, or about ₹5,744.4 crore. Since it appears in the upcoming launch list, its future sales should not be mixed with Prestige's Q1 FY27 sales figures.

The Prestige Group top sales contributor in Q1 FY27 was Prestige Golden Grove, with sales of ₹29,913 million. Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park ranked second with ₹7,478 million. TPC Indirapuram, TPC Mulund and Prestige Gardenia Estates Phase II completed the top five.

Prestige Group reported ₹65,793 million, or about ₹6,579.3 crore, in total Q1 FY27 sales. The top five contributors together generated ₹49,246 million, equal to about 74.8% of total sales.
