Prestige Group Board of Directors 2026 Update

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. lists eight Board members in its Q1 FY27 report. Four hold the main Director roles in the company. The other four serve as Independent Directors.

This is the Board structure given by Prestige in its Q1 FY27 Investor Presentation. The document does not list any other person as a Board member on its 2026 Board page.

Irfan Razack is the Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. He holds the first and most senior position on the Board list published by the company.

The investor report confirms his current title but does not give a full personal profile on the Board page. It also does not list individual projects managed by him. For this reason, his role should be stated as given in the official document.

The company also reported ₹28,356 million in revenue for Q1 FY27. EBITDA stood at ₹10,201 million, while PAT was ₹2,714 million. These numbers give a clear view of the business size managed under the 2026 Board.

The Falcon City Reserve is part of Prestige Group’s upcoming residential pipeline in Bengaluru. The Q1 FY27 presentation also confirms that the project was earlier called Prestige Falcon City Luxe. It is planned for FY27.

The project has 4.38 million sq. ft. of developable area. Prestige has a 76% economic interest, with a 3.33 million sq. ft. share. The project is listed in the Premium segment with an estimated GDV of ₹57,444 million, or about ₹5,744.4 crore.

The investor presentation does not name one Board member as the head of The Falcon City Reserve. It also does not show a separate project Board. So, a direct project role should not be assigned to any Director without another official source.

The Q1 FY27 investor presentation gives the latest Board list used for this 2026 update. It shows Irfan Razack, Dr. Rezwan Razack, Noaman Razack, Uzma Irfan and four Independent Directors.
