Leadership Team - Prestige Group

The Q1 FY27 report lists eight members on the Board of Directors. Irfan Razack leads the board as Chairman and Managing Director. Dr. Rezwan Razack, Noaman Razack and Uzma Irfan hold the other main board roles. Four Independent Directors are also part of the board.

The four Independent Directors are S. N. Nagendra, Neelam Chhiber, Dr. Ravindra M Mehta and T. Srikanth Bhagavat. Their presence adds an independent layer to the board and supports the wider governance structure of the company.

Irfan Razack is the Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. He holds the top role shown in the Q1 FY27 report. Dr. Rezwan Razack works as Joint Managing Director, while Noaman Razack serves as Whole-Time Director.

Prestige also has a large senior team below the Board. The team handles land, project work, homes, offices, retail, hotels, finance, accounts, HR, IT and property management. Pages 36 and 37 of the Q1 FY27 presentation list the following leaders.

This team shows how Prestige divides its work. Land buying has its own leader. Planning and contracts are handled by separate teams. Homes, offices, retail and hotels also have their own senior heads.

Swaroop Anish is the Executive Director and CEO for Residential and Business Development. This is a key part of Prestige because the group has a very large housing business.

Prestige has 165 completed residential projects covering 145 million sq. ft. It also has 48 ongoing projects covering 117 million sq. ft. Another 35 residential projects covering 53 million sq. ft. are in the upcoming pipeline.

The housing business includes apartments, villas, integrated townships and plotted projects. Prestige also lists The Prestige City format and Prestige Golfshire format as part of its residential business.

Prestige has separate leaders for the early and later stages of a project. Zackria Hashim handles Land Acquisitions, while V. Gopal handles Projects and Planning. Faiz Rezwan handles Contracts and Projects.

Nayeem Noor is the Executive Director for Government Relations. Zayd Noaman works in the CMD's Office. This gives the group separate teams for land, plans, contracts, government work and project delivery.

This structure is useful for a company with projects spread across many cities and business types.

Juggy Marwaha is the CEO of Prestige Office Ventures, while Muhammed Ali is the CEO for Retail. These are separate from the residential team because Prestige has a large office and mall business.

The group develops office spaces, corporate offices, IT parks and other work spaces. Its retail business includes malls, multiplexes, food and beverage areas, luxury retail and performing arts spaces.

Prestige also has a separate team for hotels and hospitality. Omer Bin Jung and Mohmed Zaid Sadiq are listed as Joint Managing Directors for Hospitality. Suresh Singaravelu is the Executive Director and CEO of the Hospitality Segment.

The group's hospitality business includes hotels, convention centres, service apartments, resorts and golf resorts. This explains why the segment has its own senior leadership team.

These teams support a large business. In Q1 FY27, Prestige reported ₹65,793 million in sales and ₹48,022 million in collections. It sold 3,337 units during the quarter. Revenue stood at ₹28,356 million.

Prestige Falcon City Reserve is part of the group's upcoming Bengaluru housing pipeline. In the Q1 FY27 report, Prestige lists it as “The Falcon City Reserve” and notes that it was earlier called Prestige Falcon City Luxe. The project has 4.38 million sq. ft. of developable area and is planned for FY27.

Prestige has a 76% economic interest in the project. Its share is 3.33 million sq. ft. The project is placed in the Premium segment and has an estimated GDV of ₹57,444 million, or about ₹5,744.4 crore.

The investor report does not name a separate project head or project CEO for Falcon City Reserve. So, no senior leader should be directly linked to the project unless Prestige confirms that role in another official document.
