Prestige Group Company Overview 2026 Update

Prestige Group has been in the real estate business for 40 years. Its latest company presentation shows a presence in 13 cities. The group has grown from home building into a wider real estate business with projects in several sectors.

Prestige now works on homes, offices, malls, hotels and large mixed-use projects. It also offers services linked to property care, interiors and construction. This gives the company a wide range of work under one group.

Prestige has a large number of completed, ongoing and upcoming projects. The company has already completed 216 million sq. ft. of development. Another 144 million sq. ft. is under work, while 85 million sq. ft. is planned through future projects.

These are the total company figures given by Prestige in its 2026 presentation.

Residential is a major part of the Prestige business. The company builds apartments, villas, integrated townships and plotted developments. It also uses formats such as The Prestige City and Prestige Golfshire for some of its large projects.

Prestige has completed 165 residential projects covering 145 million sq. ft. It has another 48 residential projects covering 117 million sq. ft. under work. The upcoming residential list has 35 projects covering 53 million sq. ft.

This makes housing the largest part of the company's project base shown in the report.

Prestige also has a large commercial business. It builds office spaces, company offices, IT parks, work campuses, warehouses and industrial parks.

The company has completed 129 commercial projects covering 57 million sq. ft. Another 10 projects covering 18 million sq. ft. are under work. Prestige also has 12 upcoming commercial projects covering 17 million sq. ft.

These projects give Prestige a strong presence in office and business real estate, apart from its housing projects.

The retail business includes malls, multiplexes, food and beverage spaces, luxury stores and performing arts spaces. Prestige shows Forum South Bengaluru as one example from this part of its business.

Prestige has completed 13 retail projects covering 10 million sq. ft. It has 5 ongoing retail projects covering 5 million sq. ft. Another 8 projects covering 8 million sq. ft. are planned.

Retail is smaller than the residential and commercial businesses by project count, but it remains an important part of the group.

Prestige also works in the hotel and resort sector. Its hospitality business includes hotels, convention centres, service apartments, resorts and golf resorts.

The company presentation shows Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre as an example. Hospitality is treated as a separate business within Prestige rather than being included under residential or commercial projects.

Prestige also provides services after and during project development. This business includes property management, interiors and construction contracting. It also covers work related to facades, doors and custom furniture.

This part of the company supports both new and completed properties. It allows Prestige to work on more than only land and building development.

Prestige lists several company ratings in its latest presentation. It has a CRISIL DA1+ “Excellent” Developer Grading. It also has an ICRA A+ “Stable” rating.

The company is also Great Place to Work certified. Its NSE ESG score is 68, with the status shown as “Aspiring” in the report.

The company also works across five main business areas. This includes homes, offices, malls, hotels and property services. Its scale is therefore spread across more than one type of real estate.

Prestige Falcon City in Bengaluru is shown in the company presentation as an example of the residential business. The residential segment includes apartments, villas, townships and plotted projects.

The Falcon City Reserve also forms part of Prestige's residential business. It should be treated as a residential project and kept separate from the company's commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
