The Falcon City master plan shows why the project gained more attention than a normal apartment site. The completed status also gives buyers more information before purchase. They can check the real tower, flat, floor, view, common areas and surrounding services. The project is RERA registered under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170913/000114, which is the registration of the original Prestige Falcon City development.

Prestige Falcon City is best known for combining a very large high-rise community with metro access, retail and leisure at one South Bangalore address. Its 2,520 homes give it scale, while Forum South Bengaluru and Konanakunte Cross Metro add daily value. The Kanakapura Road location connects these features with an already developed part of the city.
