Prestige Falcon City Reserve Construction Status

Main tower construction has not yet been confirmed as active as of 10 August 2026. The latest project update still lists Prestige Falcon City Reserve at the pre-launch and RERA approval stage. It states that the project is expected to move into the active construction stage after RERA approval and launch.

Buyers should check dated site photos before accepting any broad “under construction” claim. Clear proof should show excavation, piling, foundation work or tower activity. The update should also mention the date and exact phase.

The first stage should cover site setup and ground work. This can include survey marking, site clearing, access work and excavation. Foundation and basement construction will follow before the towers start rising.

The current plan has 7 towers with G+30 floors and 2,520 homes. A project of this size will move through several stages. Buyers should therefore track tower-wise work instead of judging the whole project from one site photo.

Prestige Falcon City Reserve is waiting for its own Karnataka RERA registration. The new filing is important because it should confirm the final project name, approved land area, towers, apartment mix, carpet areas and legal completion date.

The older Prestige Falcon City has Karnataka RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170913/000114. That number belongs to the earlier Falcon City project and must not be shown as the RERA number of Reserve.

The current launch date is 15 September 2026, while possession is proposed for August 2031. This gives the project close to five years for construction, services, common areas and final handover work.

After construction starts, buyers should watch these main stages:

Once the project gets RERA approval, buyers should compare site updates with the progress details filed for Prestige Falcon City Reserve. Dated construction photos can also help track the change from excavation to structure and finishing work.

Prestige Falcon City Reserve is a new phase. The older Prestige Falcon City is a separate, completed development at Konanakunte. This difference matters when buyers search for construction photos online.

Photos of ready towers in the older Falcon City do not show the construction status of Reserve. Any new photo or video should clearly mention Prestige Falcon City Reserve, the tower or site area and the date of the update.

The current proposed possession date is August 2031. This date is part of the present pre-launch schedule and should be checked again when the new Karnataka RERA certificate is issued.

Completion also means more than finishing the apartment towers. Internal roads, water, power, lifts, fire systems, common areas and other services must be ready before handover.

As of 10 August 2026, Prestige Falcon City Reserve remains at the pre-launch and approval stage. The planned launch is 15 September 2026, and the proposed possession date is August 2031. Large-scale tower construction has not yet been confirmed through a Reserve-specific RERA record.

The next three updates buyers should watch are the new RERA number, official launch and first dated construction report. These will confirm when Prestige Falcon City Reserve moves from the pre-launch stage to active construction.
